- Start with Part One of the three-piece medal series, collect all three to complete the sphere
- Every mile counts! Your training runs, weekend races, walks, and hikes can now be submitted
- Registration includes your Bafasports MVP account, giving you access to member perks and the ability to earn MVP Miles when you register for eligible BAFA races and challenges

Participants may use any reliable fitness app, smartwatch, GPS watch, or activity tracker that records distance. Popular options include:

Please make sure your activity shows the date, distance, and activity type such as walk, run, or hike before submitting your miles.
⁉️ What if my tracker shows “Today” instead of the date?
Some apps, such as Strava, may show “Today” on activities completed on the current day. This is acceptable as long as the screenshot is submitted on the same day the activity was completed.
If you are submitting the activity on a later date, please open the activity details where the full date is shown, or provide a screenshot that clearly shows the activity date, distance, and activity type.
