As you know Bafasports is known for our medals that double as momentous keepsakes for your achievement.
In case you missed the on-stage announcement this morning, our signature medals were not available for distribution on race day and therefore you will now receive 2 medals for completing the race – the temporary one you got this morning and the official world class medal you have come to expect from us.
We apologise for any misunderstanding that may have come from the absence of your customary medals this morning but the delivery process was unavoidably delayed.
Things are in place to have the “real” medals available by Wednesday November 27 2024. Stay tuned for the distribution details.
