A Yoga for Runners/Walkers Session Includes:
  1. 45 Minutes of Yoga
    We will be engaging in yoga poses that accelerate recovery & make your runs more comfortable.
  2. Breathing Techniques
    Learn specific yoga breathing tools for improved walking and running
  3. Classes end with a mindfulness practice (Shavasana)
You will need:
  • A yoga/non-slip exercise mat
  • Comfortable workout attire
  • Small towel
  • Water bottle
  • Yoga props (optional)
