Tackle the distance in parts, doing as many runs or walks as you need to make 100 miles minimum (equivalent to 44 laps of the Queen’s Park Savannah). Since its inception, the Buddy Walk® has become the foremost global advocacy event for Down Syndrome. It has also emerged as the most widely acknowledged public awareness initiative for the global Down Syndrome community.
